CV

Thomas Kelly, Jr.

Mission

Strengthening social impact investments and strategies to be accountable for achieving pragmatic and measurable results for people and communities. Designing and implementing evaluation and knowledge-building approaches that engage people in complex systems change that strives to be ethical, equitable, anticolonial, and antiracist.

“In most of the evaluations I have managed or conducted, rarely is the challenge about measuring the program’s intent or evidence of effectiveness – the challenge is usually the system and context issues that prevent quality implementation and equitable results.“
